Beginner :

Gain a foundational understanding of the Indian dance forms.

Learn basic Adavus (footwork) sequences.

Familiarize Hastha Mudras (hand gestures) in coordination with Adavus and head/eye movements.

Introduce Shlokas in a simple, student-friendly way.

Introduce the importance of music, rhythm, and tempo in Bharatanatyam.

Participate in foundational exercises to improve posture, flexibility, and coordination.
Intermediate:

Master the complete repertoire of Adavus (footwork) and Hastha Mudras (hand gestures).

Learn to interpret and perform simplified Krithis (compositions) and Kavithuams (devotional poems).

Participate and gain experience in stage performances/ productions.

Continue to learn and practice strength building exercises
